We understand the importance of receiving rental payments on time to meet financial obligations therefore we have eliminated the chances of unpaid rent with our indefinite rent protection cover via Rightmove Landlord & Tenant Services.
If you have opted for our full management service, you will benefit from the following as part of your package:
- Rent guarantee cover for rents up to £8,000 per month
- Rental cover up to £100,000 in any single claim
- 75% of the rent paid post-vacant possession for up to 3 months
The policy provides indefinite rent guarantee cover, until vacant possession is gained. There’s no limit to the number of months of missed rent that the policy will pay out (except where the tenant provides a valid defence to the eviction in which case payments are capped at 12 months).
The policy covers 100% of the rent (up to £8,000pcm) until vacant possession, and up to a maximum of £100,000, with no excess to pay.
You will also receive a further 75% of the rent for three months if the property can not be re-let due to damages. All legal aspects of an eviction up to £100,000 are covered as standard.
Remember that your policy doesn’t just guarantee the rent is paid. It also includes legal services for possession of the property following any breach of the tenancy, and a mediation service which is now a strongly recommended part of the housing possession process.
